Moises is the founder of TEDAC, an engineering services and consulting company providing NPD and NPI support for invention, robotics, aerospace, and biomedical clients. He manages projects from inception to delivery using strategic systems engineering and project management principles.

Before founding TEDAC, Moises built an elite career across the world's leading aerospace and defense organizations:
Lockheed Martin Skunk Works
As a senior research scientist at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works he analyzed next-generation aircraft materials using 2D/3D simulations, fabricated full-scale models for range testing, and managed an internal R&D portfolio for senior leadership.
The Boeing Company
At Boeing, he was a lead systems engineer directing teams to evaluate spacecraft component usability, predicting effects via analytical tools, and ensuring qualification compliance for space applications. Earlier at Boeing, he was a research & development engineer developing composite materials, thermal protection systems, and high-temperature materials, using computer models to predict manufacturing behavior and leading teams to fabricate full-scale airframe demonstration units.
Space Systems Command & ManTech
As a mission and program manager at ManTech International and the Space Systems Command, he coordinated government and engineering teams to integrate small satellites into launch vehicles, chaired vendor compliance review boards, led payload impact studies, and managed multi-agency collaboration.

He also served as an adjunct professor at Santa Monica College, teaching introductory engineering to recent students, confirming career paths, and developing testing methodologies to measure student outcomes.
