1. Professional Scope of Service
Our facility provides high-fidelity 3D CAD modeling, digital asset configuration, mechanical/electronic engineering validation, and rapid physical prototyping services.
- Discovery Calls: Consultation and strategy sessions scheduled via our integrated Calendly widgets are intended to review project scope, material requirements, and engineering feasibility.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to refine, modify, or temporarily pause service operations to ensure the resource performance of our primary engineering configurations.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Client Ownership
We operate strictly under a transparent work-for-hire model tailored specifically for independent inventors and corporate developers.
- Total Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in and to any digital models, custom configurations, architectural schematics, or physical prototype assemblies created by our team belong entirely to you from day one.
- Pre-existing IP: Any rough sketches, initial concepts, or partner blueprints you share remain your exclusive proprietary property.
- Ecosystem Safety: In alignment with our strategic partnerships, including our welcome portal pipeline for the InventorSmart community, all incoming user ideas are strictly isolated to prevent internal data or database conflicts.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
We prioritize asset protection above all else.
- Standard Protection: No technical documentation, proprietary product files, or design specifications will be shared, sold, or distributed outside of our direct facility team.
- Mutual NDAs: While our standard operational terms guarantee privacy, we routinely require and execute comprehensive mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to reviewing high-complexity technical summaries or manufacturing plans.
4. User Responsibilities & Backend Security
To maintain a safe, high-performance environment for all development pipelines, clients agree to the following operational boundaries:
- Accurate Data: You agree to provide accurate contact information and project details when booking discovery sessions.
- Backend Integrity: To prevent critical errors, database conflicts, or technical sync issues during active asset development or platform updates, clients must remain logged out of any active backend configurations or workspace development modules until explicitly handed over by our team.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our facility engineered prototypes are built for validation, investor presentations, and design for manufacturing (DFM) testing. We do not provide mass-market commercial manufacturing scaling on our primary servers or hardware lines. We are not liable for any third-party production deviations or independent manufacturing outcomes once final digital assets and physical models are delivered.
